Combine four dough balls, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest at room temperature for four hours. Then, using a rolling pin or pushing with your fingers, extend the dough evenly across a sheet pan. We prefer a half sheet pan. Let rest for one hour and cover with saran wrap. Top evenly with your favorite quality ingredients, we suggest fresh mozzarella, tomato chunks, basil pesto, & pecorino romano! Bake until golden brown. Good quality EVOO on the pan makes a world of difference!
